WALK ME HOME – HONOURING THE CHILDREN WHO NEVER MADE IT HOME

The name “Walk Me Home” was created by an employee of the First Nations Health Consortium. It came to her in a vision of a small child looking up, reaching for her hand, and saying, “Walk me home,” as they moved toward a bright light. This powerful image symbolizes a journey of healing, honour, and hope.

The “Walk Me Home” walk was held in collaboration with the Royal Alexandra Hospital and was scheduled for September 24th, 2025. This heartfelt initiative honours the children who never made it home and stands as a meaningful act of remembrance and advocacy.

The illustration on the T-shirt was the result of our 2021 annual art competition. The original artwork was by Angelina Ross. She generously allowed Pulp Studios to use her design as a starting point, and have their designers adapt it to fit the format and colour scheme of our 2020-2021 Annual Report.
