Youth in Transition to Adulthood / Treaty Status Registration

Youth in Transition to Adulthood

Youth in Transition to Adulthood services are about making connections and linkages between First Nations and Inuit youth and required support services. A Youth Transition Coordinator will work with families, young people and those in early adulthood to assess, plan and collaborate to identify services or potential gaps in services that are required to meet the needs of youth transitioning to adulthood.

Treaty Status Registration

FNHC Registration Coordinators can work one on one with First Nations and Inuit families and adults to apply for Indian Registration with Indigenous Services Canada.
