FloorCurl at Alexander First Nation

Empowering First Nations youth with the sport of curling! 

The kids at the Kipohtakaw Education Centre in Alexander First Nation are sliding into the world of Rocks and Rings FloorCurl with joy and enthusiasm. They ran a 4-week unit on curling which culminated in a tournament style competition at their winter carnival last week.

Here’s to building stronger, healthier communities, one rock at a time.
