FNHC Welcomes Four Arrows Regional Health Authority from Manitoba for Collaborative Learning Experience

In a significant step towards fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration between Indigenous health organizations, the FNHC recently hosted members from the Four Arrows Regional Health Authority of Manitoba. The visit aimed at providing an in-depth understanding of the FNHC’s operations, particularly in supporting Jordan’s Principle applications in Alberta.

The visiting Four Arrows staff had the opportunity to job shadow FNHC Regional Service Coordinators and Access Workers and listen to presentations from FNHC’s Service Access Resolution Fund staff and the Sports and Recreation Pilot Project team.

This exchange fostered a sharing of knowledge, strategies, and best practices aimed at enhancing the delivery of health services to First Nations communities through Jordan’s Principle.

Thank you Four Arrows for the visit!
